Hazelton Commercial tends to concentrate on commercial development but does also do a small amount of residential property. We have developed Edinburgh House in Market Harborough, formally Golden Wonder’s head quarter building, we turned the 37,000 sq.ft building into a 60 bed Travelodge, offices, two restaurants and three retail units. In 2013 we won the Procon Regeneration of the Year award for this development. We are currently redeveloping an iconic stone building in Uppingham into 9 high quality apartments with parking and we will shortly announce further commercial developments.
